Telechan.org Privacy Statement

All users of Telechan.org retain complete anonymity where Telechan.org is concerned. Telechan.org does not acquire or collect any personal information about you, except when you choose to sign our public guestbook. ( Which we do not have)

Your name, location, and email address all remain your private properties.

Telechan.org does, however, collect information which is specific to how you entered and use our site. Our server notes details such as the server you are logged onto, the geographic location of the ISP you use, the type of browser you use, your IP address, and what site "referred" you to Telechan.org . This information is obtained for a variety of purposes, including customization of your visit here and optimization of search engine rankings - perhaps, if we ever get round to it .

Cookies are not currently used by Telechan.org , although they are used by our hosting service (possibly). Cookies may be added in the future to allow users to personalize features on the web site - though this is highly unlikely, as it means working out how to do the little *****s.

Any information gathered on Telechan.org will be kept strictly confidential.

Well, since the list-server was put in, at least some of the above doesn't apply - but the general tenor still applies - we really don't care why you came here, in any 'commercial' sense - both the administrators of Telechan and the hosting service are totally opposed to intrusion into your private space, cybereal or otherwise. Why you are looking at this statement is your business.

If you have questions about this privacy statement, please e-mail me.

Overall, you have anonymity through both laziness and intent.
